UPDATE - I am going to submit this photo to #TheDeviantARTGallery. they're holding the 'Somewhere' contest and i think this one fits the theme. It is a about the lonely and sad feeling of a deserted place (a deserted chair) in a black-and-white mechanical world surrounded by darkness. I believe that when we refer to a place we often think about the past, about our memories related to that place. The empty chair holds the memory of someone (in my view, of my old self). So it's basically about somewhere you left a part of yourself.
